This greener, and more cost-effective and efficient technology can concurrently remediate PFAS and volatile organic compounds in groundwater and soil in the saturated zone and capillary fringe. Our speakers will detail how ART-PFAS has, over a short period, reduced PFAS concentrations in groundwater by 50 to 100 percent in the test well and up to 40 percent in a monitoring well. They will also review how the technology has successfully reduced perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) concentrations below the EPA drinking water Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) of 4 ng/L.
